They were both released on Friday 18th, which marks the first time a Mario and Zelda title have released on the same day.
First up: Super Mario 3D Land. I love this game already. I’ve only played the demo version, but it was great. The few stages I played where excellent. And the 3D effects are the best I’ve seen on the 3DS so far. And the Tanooki suit returns from SMB3! 😀
Next up is Skyward Sword. As Jesse said, “To say this game is much-anticipated would be an understatement.” It was first shown when the Wii launched (2006), was named in 2010, and has now arrived to help celebrate the 25th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda. It comes with a sound track CD and golden Wiimote Plus( the Wiimote is only colored gold and does not contain any special metal). I’m sure there’s going to be a lot of fist fights over copies of this game some great sales for this game. 😀
However, I probably won’t play the full versions of ether games until after christmas, so don’t expect a review of them until after.
Also, Nintendo Okie just did a Go-Round of Skyward Sword! Because there are so many long cut-scenes in the first part of the game, they decided to just play the game for an hour, then put the best parts into a 15 min video.
